This Order Cancellation and Return Policy applies to purchases made on ShopCubi.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.
You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled through self-service. However, you may refuse delivery at the doorstep where applicable.
The cancellation window may vary depending on the product category, seller settings, and the specific time window shown on the product page or order confirmation page. If the cancellation window has expired, the order may no longer be eligible for free cancellation. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply, and the details shown on the product page or order confirmation page will be final.
If an order is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances or product unavailability, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, waive, or modify any cancellation request, cancellation window, or cancellation fee at our discretion, subject to applicable law and operational requirements.
Orders placed under quick-delivery or express-delivery options may be non-cancellable and non-refundable through self-service due to the short delivery timeline. In such cases, cancellation or refund requests may only be reviewed by customer support under limited circumstances, including:

In such cases, you will not be charged for the canceled portion of the order.

In certain cases, return pickup may be arranged from your address, subject to service availability.
If pickup is not available, you may be asked to send the product through an alternate courier method. Refunds are generally processed after the returned product is received and verified.
